GREAT VEHICLE WITH A COUPLE OF MINOR EXCEPTIONS

Like the vehicle very much especially the technology. Some concern the transmission made a loud thump when putting it into reverse when the vehicle was on an incline. GM of the dealership never responded to a request to contact me.

2025 Palisade Calligraphy

Bought Memorial Day Weekend, 2025. Technology fairly intuitive AND car driving technology well done (car doesn’t take over, but gently warns/reminds. Amenities well done and convenient. Size and space good for this size vehicle AND engine performance is smooth. Gas mileage is excellent for this size vehicle. I am enjoying the drive! A/C and cooling/heating seats nice!

Beautiful vehicle

Beautiful, luxurious, comfortable, good gas milage great price . What i love mostly is the safety features. The 360 surrounds helps me see all vehicles and people in and around my vehicle. I gave it a 4 stars because there's a bit of road noise. Wish it was quieter.

Dealer & HMF Experience Horrible

Horrible customer service at the dealership. The salesman was great, but finance was shady and the management was unresponsive to our issues once the purchase was made. HMF was horrible as well, terrible finance rate and horrible customer service.

Great tech and engine

Bought black SEL Premium in May 2025. Tech is amazing - large infotainment screen, surround camera view, camera shows blind spots in speedometer area when turning signal on. Variable cruise control is smooth. Engine has plenty of power. Ventilated front and middle row seats is great. Hyundai should use glass not plastic on small dual temp control screen as it scratches easily. Lacks wireless Apple CarPlay, auto folding mirrors. Faux leather front seats need more padding, Hyundai should add walk away auto lock option, widen door bins, add cup holders for middle captain seats at back of front center console. Gas mileage of 22 average could use improvement. Overall amazing vehicle.

The vehicle's braking system is questionable and sometimes it drives real rugged I like the Hyundai Tucson much better much smoother ride but I do like the overall body and design of my Palisade

In LOVE

I love everything about my Palisade. The color is the perfect almost purple to blend in but stand out. The comfort is exceptionally! My only complaint is that the day I brought it home from the dealership I noticed the door handle is nicked, like the paint is coming off. I don't know how that happened in a day. I hope it doesn't continue or get worse.

Something wrong with brake system

I love everything about the Palisade except the brake system. ABS malfunctions and causes delayed stops on minimally bumpy roads and gravel no matter how slow you're driving prior to activating the brakes.

Great Vehicle But...

It may sound strange, but one feature, which nobody can seem to turn off is the annoying "Time to take a coffee break" with a loud annoying tone. And my issue is that it happens for no reason.
