The people who helped me and worked on my vehicle are awesome! Alyssa and Herberto are great. The problem is the thing that is annoying me is a normal thing on all Hyundai vehicles. So there is no way to fix it! It’s terrible to have all your Hyundai vehicles doing the same aggravating thing!

Biat worked hard to locate the exact car i wanted on the new lot. Heather went above and beyond to get the deal i was asking for. I was kept fully informed every step of the way. They both get a '10'. There was no stone left unturned. Great job to you all!

If I could give zero stars I 100% would. My father bought a Hyundai Genesis from this location in 2012, we have come to this location for many years to service that car. At first, everything went well, but towards the end of our continued service at this location, things started to go downhill.

I chose not to complain and took my service elsewhere, but then we were at a point where we needed to look for another car. This location had a vehicle, but we were given the runaround and the service was terrible during the potential buying process. At that point, I had put a negative review regarding the sales team service for used cars. Again, took my service elsewhere and purchased a vehicle from a different location.

Within 3 months of buying a used car from the other location, we needed to bring the car in to repair an issue under warranty and this location is the closest to our home. I told my father to go to a different location because of the service we had experienced here before, but he chose to give you another chance. My father dropped the car off on Wednesday last week and was given the car back the same day. We were told the issue was taken care of, but the next day we had the same issue with the indoor lights as they were not working, despite being told they were fixed.

My father dropped the car off again the next day, Thursday, and was told he had to leave the car there overnight. He called on Friday because he wanted to find out the status of the repair, at which point we find that the person that took care of the repair the first time was not in the office Thursday, and was unaware the car was even there. I called Saturday to find the status of the car again, and again Bryce tells me the story of what happened and that he will take care of it. However, the issue was not taken care of in a timely manner, we didn't pick up the car until Tuesday and were told that the service department put in the wrong fuse.

It took 5 whole days for us to get the car back over a fuse that should have been properly checked the first time we came for the repair. Even with their mistake of not handling the issue the first time around or even when we came back the second time around, they did not even provide a rental car service as we did not have a car for 5 days over the wrong fuse being used. Save yourself the time, do not go to this location and deal with these unnecessary headaches.

Bad Dealerships
They get you signed and send me home in a loaner b/c my car has to go to shop. Long story short it rarely started. The last tim driven I had some Jose blow. My mechanic was surprised it would take a lot to come off. I was told I would have to fix it for $5000 to $8000 b/c they claim my warranty will not cover it. The car cost $8000. It just never ran right. The salesman blamed me and dropped returning my calls. So still carless. I know this is a rare thing however, the $ they make and they can not help an elderly disabled person out. Hmmmm

I went to Van Hyundai Dealership service center / department to get the routine maintenance done for my 2023 Palisade and most importantly get the pump recall done. I was sure to ask about the recall before and the staff assured me it would be done. On 11/10/23 when I went they only did the maintenance and said they ordered the part and will call me when I can comeback for the recall. Two months later and I called them to see what the hold up was and service department says they don't do that I need to talk to parts and parts said oh yeah we have some you need to talk to service to schedule an appt. I do not recommend this service team / process to anyone. ?

A Disheartening Experience at Van Hyundai
I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Van Hyundai.

After negotiating a price for a vehicle, I scheduled an appointment with Heatherrose Nicewander, expecting a straightforward transaction.

My family and I drove for an hour in the rain, only to be met with extreme unprofessionalism and a lack of respect for client's time and written agreement.

Upon arrival, Heatherrose was nowhere to be found, and we were passed off to another agent to start the paperwork.

After we spent half an hour completing financing forms, Heatherrose finally made an appearance. She cavalierly mentioned she was busy as a successful manager and announced an additional $500 charge to our agreed price, citing her earlier oversight regarding the car's color – despite our written agreement confirming the price. This was just the beginning of our troubles.

After we highlighted our written agreement, Heatherrose left, promising to return shortly but never did. In her place, the other agent returned, this time with an even more shocking update: the price had been increased by over $1000. This was not just unprofessional, but it felt like a deliberate deception.

What's more, when I sought a simple apology from Heatherrose for this unacceptable behavior, she refused to face us, hiding in her office without offering any explanation. The agent who was with us did apologize for the sudden price hike, acknowledging the direct breach of trust, cheating their clients in their face and damaging their own reputation.

Feeling deeply let down, we left Van Hyundai and purchased our vehicle from another Hyundai dealer, where we received the professional and honest service we expected from Hyundai.

Car Purchase Experience
I just recently experienced possibly the very best service of all time. This is the place!!! The people that go over and beyond to make the process as painless as possible, Jeffrey Carrington and his staff at Van Hyundai did just that! He was able to get me the best rate and price for my budget, and his superb knowledge was a plus to work with. Mr. Carrington made it pain-free to purchase the car of my dreams, especially coming from out of town. I highly recommend everyone to go here if you want a “invitation” approach rather than a pressurized approach, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Mr. Carrington!!!

Fraudulent behaviour
Van Hyundai has left the loan on my trade in unpaid for three months. I have gotten a bill from Ally stating that I owe for both the trade in and also for the new car. Don’t ever use this dealership. They are very unprofessional and not trustworthy. Meanwhile my credit suffers because they will not straighten it out with Ally to this day. I’ve made many phone calls to Van Hyundai and their manager for three months and the treat it like a joke. Ryan Rios is the Manager. He doesn’t care about the customers. The salespeople don’t know what they are doing obviously. Go there and risk your credit and your money.

Poor service. Untrue to their word.
I bought a Sonata a few months back, They tried to up-price a 6 year old Sonata for over 30k. I should have walked away but a lower price and me needing a car made me stay. When test driving I noticed some things need to be fixed before I signed. They said they would fix it. They told me they were going to wash and clean my car plus replace the brakes. They didn't do anything they said they would. I would have left the car their but it I needed it for work. I'll service my vehicle or buy anything from here again.

Don't go there to buy a car!
Terrible dealership. Do not recommend. Called to make sure car I was interested in was actually there. Joyce put me in hold and went to check. Came back and said it was. Drive 45 minutes only to find out she lied! The vehicle was NOT there to see. Will never go or recommend this place to anyone!!!

Should be a 0 but not an option
WARNING: if you want decent service After the purchase of a vehicle do not buy through Van Hyundai!
I tried to go for service two times after I purchased my brand new vehicle and both times they dropped the ball. I had to throw a fit to the management and still never got resolved. You have to make appointments weeks in advance and even then after over two hours of having my car in the dealership They had forgotten to turn it into the service department and I left after all that time with nothing being done. The management would not work with me as far as getting my extended warranty transferred to another dealership who might actually have decent service after the sale. I completely regret buying from them! I will never return!

Misled on the phone, bogus markups
Went on the website and asked for today's price. Had to go through 4 different people just for them to say it's listed on the website. Drove there after an exhausting work day and they said the car you are talking about "just sold" and another person said it sold in the morning. After talking to 4 different people online and specifically coming to see that car. they said it was sold. Asked for a similar car, ran the numbers, and somehow the price came around $5k over what was listed on the website. They were adding some mandatory dealer BS that would cost more than 10% of the car. Don't trust their website and don't go there. Would give it 0 stars if possible.

Poor finance customer service
I bought a Honda Pilot 2019 on Friday July 1, when we signed everything Jorge told me I was going to pay only $1 every month for the Club Plus but when I got home I noticed I was charged $1,499 for this. The other warranty he offered me only covered 48,000 miles for 2,500 so I looked for another and for the same price I found a different warranty for the that covered everything and covered 125,000 miles. I went the next day to cancel both warranties and they told me I had to come back on Monday because Jorge was not there but on Monday Jorge told me I was not able to cancel the warranties with him because the loan was already funded today so that means that on Saturday they were still able to cancel it for me and they didn’t help me. The sales person Erik was very helpful and courteous but I think they should have been able to help me on Saturday and cancel both warranties. Be careful and read what you sign because later they will not help you

Getting what i paid for
I purchased Zaktek paint protection along with my vehicle. I took off work to get a due application which takes 3 to 4 hours, if done correctly, and it was. It looked great. I let them know that I dont have the luxury of taking off work to get this done again. They offered to pick it up and get it done. I appreciated that, but my vehicle was brought back 2 hours later, yes2 hours with dirt spots on it that was already on the vehicle. Even my wife agreed that it didn't look washed much less adding the Zaktek application. Something has to and will be done. Even if I have to bring a lawyer with me to watch them apply the application, which I have purchased.

Dubious Dealership
WARNING!!! This dealership is not the place to go if you want to buy a car. They'll try to entice you in by artificially decreasing their price below that of their competitors, then try to sell you a vehicle that costs far over $10,000 more than the MSRP. For their dubious business tactics, this establishment should be investigated and shut down.
