Unsatisfactory and Frustrating Experience

Hindsight is 20/20, should’ve definitely looked at all reviews before coming to this dealership. My sales Rep was Juan and although he was very respectful and friendly he was very uneducated on the vehicle I was interested in, he provided me false information on what the vehicle was equipped with. Also he wasn’t very confident in the answers he provided. I also don’t believe he was fighting hard enough to get me to the price I was seeking. Darius-Sales manager, again although he was very respectful and friendly he wasn’t 100% honest with me on a lot which I had my liable sources that prove his dishonesty. For one I have my main credit locked and I received an alert on my phone that there was an attempt to run my credit and he came back trying to give me a bogus rate to beat my banks rate. Only .09% less LOL, who gave you permission to run my credit or try? He tried to use the excuse of “oh well your credit is immaculate so it wouldn’t hurt anyway if we did.” Not “if you did”, YOU DID! Is that your choice to make? No, I’m the customer, you don’t make those choices on my credit. Rick-Finance manager was the one, according to Darius, that .09% was coming from Rick. Anyway, I also had discussed why I’m paying $999 for a tint that wasn’t even applied yet, basically they said the charge can’t be removed. I schedule to come in today 11 Feb 2022 0830-0900 for the tint, had a text conversation with Juan the day prior. I arrive to find out he’s not coming in until noon? The failure to communicate to your customer that you won’t be present after telling them to come in at a certain time is ridiculous. I get assisted by another staff member named Lon, I asked that the tint be at the legal limit, which is what I discussed with Juan (with no definitive answer yet upon my arrival). I paid $999 for this tint (ridiculous) so I don’t see why the tint I’m requesting would be far fetched to accommodate. Lon says it’s the basic tint anything more would be extra. EXTRA?! I’m already paying $1k all I’m asking is for LEGAL LIMIT TINT in front. I asked for a store manager Fabian, he corrected the misunderstanding and told Lon limo in back and legal limit in front. This dealership is completely uncoordinated and the sales staff needs to do better with keeping customer in the loop and being transparent and providing accurate information in a timely fashion. Be honest with yourselves you don’t deserve anything higher than 1 star the customer is supposed to leave your business satisfied and not toyed with and misinformed even after a purchase. Enjoy the hold back $ you earned and the commission on all the trumped up charges I wasn’t aware of. Hopefully you’re business will get better stars in the future, by the looks of it you’re not doing too well with your PUBLIC RELATIONS.

Terrible service
They sold me a used car that had not been through their “multi-point inspection” and a week later, I’m still trying to get someone on the phone to explain why. I do not recommend Van Hyundai at all. Worst buying experience ever.

Worst place
Buyers beware you need to stay away from this company they are the worst of the worst car dealerships they lie to you they tell you one thing they do something else they do not return phone calls and then when they do they still try to lie to you. if you are thinking of buying a Hyundai you better start googling other Hyundai dealerships because this place will hurt you bad, they tell you they add coverages that they do not, as you sign in that piece of paper they don't want to talk to you after THE SALE they don't want to do anything for you after the sale they are all super sweet when you're in there and then when you go to leave, You're nothing To them AND I MEAN NOTHING,I knew who owned this company because they need to be aware of how their company Van Hyundai is doing business You seriously better beware of this place they are the devil in disguise

lies and misleading took advantage of elderly woman
We were there for 5 hours and were going to leave 2 different times they promised to put in a back up mirror and told her they would give it to her and then tried to add it into her contract after she put up fight they said they would put in a new one for her. The finance guy was misleading the whole time he knew how tired she was and took advantage of her they refused to let us leave Friday night and come back on Saturday to finish the paperwork. Then the finance guy when signing paperwork said they were "giving" her a 6 month warranty for all the problems and having to wait well turns out she was charged $450 for that and its a maintance not a warranty so they were not able to get her on adding in the back up mirror for the same price but they did get her on this because she was mislead and believed the finance guy. Turns out on the back up camera they are agreeing to put a back up camera on her rear view mirror instead of in the middle screen in the car. My husband placed 3 calls to the car lot manager and got voice mail 2 times the other time was told he was not in the office, so to top it off no one would take our call to discuss the matter like grown up's we just got ignored. She bought the car from them but their unprofesionalsm and lies left us wishing we had gone else where. They said they only had 1 printer to print the paperwork out all this time she was in pain because her medicine was at home and no one was willing to let us come back the next day.
