great car, comfort is great. love al the options/features and warranties. wish there were no cloth on the ceiling, and around front windshield and that the wife was not only for android but for iphone as well when it comes to internet access thru the vehicle

Everything I could ever want without the high price tag

After searching for a 3 row vehicle, I found the best of the best. It drives like a dream, has so many features that I’m still discovering them 2 months later and adults can fit in the third row.

Overall we love the car. We got the Caligrapht Black edition. The white and black with all the black accents and black rims really makes the car pop. We love all the technology that the car comes with.

Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy

The Palisade is always a great car, offering a lot of power and a great value for the buck. I just traded in my 2023 for the 2025 Palisade Calligraphy because I did not care for the 2026 model. I love the Calligraphy package and the car is amazing. Now for the bad part, the tailgate, since I drove it home, has been making squeaking noises at random times and it's driving me crazy. I took it to the dealer, and they claim to have found the issue, but the part is a special order that's not available, which I do not understand. It's beginning to irritate me at this point. The service department claims they ordered me the part and will call me when it's available. I have owned a 20,23, and now a 25 Palisade. I hope the build quality of the last year of the original style didn't diminish. Please, Hyundai, help get my car perfect.

Gettel Finance -they should call it the "SALES PEVENTION DEPARTMENT'

The finance kid at Gettel was a cocky young prick who should be fired. He talked down to my wife, talked to fast, was not even trying to use a clear tone of voice. We could NOT get answers to simple questions. I wanted to by extended mtnc package but he could not or would not explain it. Sales was great. Michelle was our saleperson. She was professional as was Sales Mgmt , A N D the finance people, if you get them to respond to an email, it is NEVER a complete response, which prompts more emails.....what a joke.

Very stylish and fun to drive

So many features still can’t figure them all out but it’s very nice. I wasn’t a fan of what the 2026 model looks like so wanted this one before they were gone. I don’t like that Apple Car Play is wired. I bought a wireless receiver which works well but I then lose ability to use a different media source as there’s only one option.

The SUV I wanted

Overall, I'm satisfied with my Palisade. I'm concerned about potential paint fading on my car. The bluetooth charger is not in a good spot by the drinks that can sweat. The features are nice but things like passenger talk is hard to figure out and use. Maps doesn't take you on the best route so I have to use my Google maps. Remote start, lock and unlock doesn't always work even standing beside the vehicle.
