Great Family SUV!

Awesome car with plenty of options for the money. A lot of room inside for passengers or cargo with the third row folded down. Very comfortable road trip car.

Questions length of Special features support, Bluelink, maps/GPS …?

When seat is raised high enough for me to drive comfortably I cannot reach in the door pocket on the side it’s too tight to the door and when the seat goes back down when I turn the car off I can’t get it to go all the way down it just goes down a certain percentage so then I have to manually push the button on the side to get it to go all the way down so that it’s easier to get in and out. Wish it had fold in side mirrors.

Drives nice, looks sharp but simple is better

Overall the Palisade drives smoothly, looks nice and is comfortable for a family. I am still learning how everything works and why it beeps at me now and again. Sometimes it will tell me to "take a break" while driving after only driving for a few minutes. Do not trust the Bluelink app to unlock your vehicle. I learned the hard way after being on vacation for a week and having to call AAA in the airport parking lot. Not the way I wanted to end a vacation. Simple is better. I do like the adaptive cruise control but did have a concerning experience as the vehicle braked very quickly for no reason to me. Overall it has been a good experience but have had a couple experiences that keep me on guard.

Don't Trust it

Check engine light on at less than800 miles, the at 900 miles camera behind rear view mirror dies causing all kinds of warning lights to flash. Dealership fixed camera but could not fix problem with backfiring g with any certainty. Neither corporate nor dealership did anything about issue!

Vehicle is good

Love the car. But hate the company cause they dont honor the warranty like they should. The black stuff started coming off the a/c buttons before the first oil change and hyundai wouldn't warranty it even though we have the bumper to bumper warranty. So that being said we will not buy another hyundai. Be cautious cause I even went to corporate about it but it's fine. Ill just buy American made vehicles for now on

Brand new purchase- review- AC and acceleration

A few things I’m uncertain about and don’t like about the vehicle- in comfort mode (what I usually keep it at) it seems to not have much power in acceleration after a complete stop and I keep the auto start/stop function turned off. I also don’t like the way the AC works, when sitting at a stop light or stop sight not moving the ac is miserably hot and almost unbearable doesn't blow cold air like I believe it should.
