Great Warranty Service

My GV70 had the blind spot warning sensors go out. It was covered under warranty, but the sensors had to be special ordered. The parts arrived much sooner than I anticipated and I was notified as soon as they came in to schedule the replacement work. When I arrived to have the work done, there was a line of four cars waiting to enter the service bay and I prepared for a long wait to get checked in. After 30 seconds Cam came out, came up to the car and said, "Hello Dennis, you're here to have your blind spot warning sensor repaired, right?" He had the paperwork ready to go and I was on my way in less that a minute. I was impressed. Given all the dealings I have had over the past 38 years with Ogden car dealership's service departments, this was hands down, the best experience I have ever had. Kudos to Young Genesis and Cam in particular for making this the best experience I have had when bringing a vehicle in to be serviced.

A fine car, a bad dealer service department.

GV70 has been an enjoyable car to own. A couple problems, but those have been fixed. 2.5 provides plenty of power. The service department where I live has not been a strong point. A lack of Genesis dealerships continues to be a problem.

Have had repair issues but biggest problem is the dealership stinks

Car has had drive train issues and the dealership is not providing competent service they wait for advisory from Hyundai since it appears they are very poor at actually service just replace parts when told but not by customers they are full of excuses
