Bought for Value

Previous owner of E Class, 5 Series and A6. G80 is competitive with those at lower price point. Safety features not as good. Car is quiet, sound system outstanding, fuel economy not as good. Like the Nav system and the knob to control the screen. Very unhappy with the creak in the passenger side dash, not what I expect in a $60k car.

comforable eye-catching vehicle

The 2025 is a nice improvement over earlier models. The same quality and luxury is maintained but the console provides more information to make the driving effortless.

Genesis looks like a Bentley

The new Genesis is a very attractive looking car with the new style and detailing. We have been asked if our Genesis is a Bentley. Folks that own a Mercedes or BMW will ask if they can see the interior and can't believe the high tech look and beautiful design of the seats.

Very comfortable and has the feel of luxury

I love the vehicle. The Genesis G 80 has everything I wanted, but in order to get the interior color, I had to get a different model. I wanted the G8 prestige with an interior color of camel; but that option wasn’t available and I feel like I had to settle for the sport however, the sport doesn’t have all the features that the prestige has. Disappointed with the interior options ;however, I love the car.

I enjoy driving and owning the new 2025 G80.

I love my Genesis G80 One improvement I would like to see is the Lighting on the Heads up display is blinding espesecially during night-time driving. My recommendation is to have Night-Vision lighting option that automatically switches at night. Night vision lighting is oftrn used in boating/aviation and other professions that need to protect the operators vision especially during night driving. Typically the lighting automatically turns to a red color that is easy on the eyes improving night vision.

My second G80 Sport Prestige . Excellent build quality. Excellent features Excellent power Excellent styling I would recommend this car to anyone seeking luxury and sportiness. Features and styling rival cars with with considerably higher sticker prices.

Already looking forward to my next Genesis!

I honestly couldn't be happier with the G80. The ride is unbelievably smooth and comfortable; the interior absolutely speaks to me in a way a lot of the competition just couldn't. The mood lighting, the seat and steering wheel adjustment settings, the adaptive brightness and smoothness on the dashboard screen, and the crystal gear shifter truly give me the feeling of driving something special. If I could go back and re-evaluate my purchase, I really would have gone for a higher trim level. I didn't actually realize how much I was missing out on until after I bought it. I also noticed that the higher trim levels remove the piano black from the center console, which would have been ideal because it's extremely difficult to clean and maintain. Overall, sometime in the near future, I'll absolutely be moving to make another Genesis purchase!

Great Luxury Sedan

Very comfortable sedan. I would prefer more sport oriented as opposed to luxury oriented. I love that there are individual buttons for most controls as opposed to making you adjust them from screens and menus. The 4 wheel steering enhances performance

Beautiful car both inside and ojt

I love the exterior design and interior look. Controls are confusing. Ability to customize the technology is incredible. The take a break notice light and alert sound is terrible, annoying and makes a longer drive u pleasant. I have never seen anything like this and if it cannot be turned kff, I’ll have to get rid of the car.

Vehicle vibration

I've noticed a vibration in my car upon starting, which seems to subside after a short drive. The engine noise during startup is also quite bothersome. Additionally, I'm experiencing bothersome wind noise while driving. Finally, the rear seating comfort doesn't compare to that of competitive vehicles like Lexus, BMW, or Mercedes-Benz.

Floats like a butterfly

We are previous owners of a Genesis. We are certainly pleased with the comfort and ride of the new G80. So many tech options that it’s taken us time to really appreciate the many options. The car gets rave reviews from others regarding its looks and interior design. We like the responsiveness of the engine and transmission. Really zooms when needed when entering oncoming traffic. Other luxury vehicles do not compare as we tested all of them.

My second Genesis G80

All in all I think this is a fabulous vehicle. I think this car has a tremendous number of safety features which I find very useful. There is one safety feature I do not find useful and that is the eye motion monitor during Adaptive Cruise Control. This feature doesn't seem to work correctly and I really don't like the fact that I cannot turn the eye motion monitoring off. I hope the software will be updated so we can turn this feature off because it doesn't work correctly. overall I'm thrilled to be the proud owner of my second Genesis G80 sport. my 2025 g80 sport prestige is a car that gets second and third looks from folks when I pull into the parking lot of ShopRite or Stop & Shop or Home Depot or any other parking lot.

Not sure why I need to title this review.

The feature that allows you to open the door by putting your hand on the door handle does not always work. I would rather have a button on the door handle that I can press to unlock or lock the door at any time. Also, I would like to be able to push the lock button on the inside of the door and lock the door as I get out.
