Good car, bad service

I’ve enjoyed my Genesis. Smooth handling and comfortable, including back seats. The service has been awful - no calls back, poor follow through, no answering phone, etc.

Great looking vehicle

I have been very happy with the overall styling and engineering of this vehicle. My only complaint is the 4-cylinder engine which makes more noise than power when attempting to quickly accelerate. Exterior styling is awesome and leads to many compliments from friends, strangers, and family.

Love the car; I have a G80 wth low profile tires; my only complaint is that I had to replace both front tires twice in less than a year. This is not a complaint of the car, but Genesis has closed dealerships in my local area, and now the closest dealership is over an hour away, not sure I woudl buy another
