My first experience with Mike Performance was in 2025, when I lost steering in my Honda Pilot. I sear
ched the internet and found Mike, who had high ratings in all aspects of performance. He fixed my problem and also addressed issues that could have been detrimental to our safety—problems I had no knowledge of that were happening underneath our car. His perfectionism was uncanny.
I returned to Mike just two days ago when I was stuck in a parking lot and unable to start my car. Once again, he diagnosed the problem promptly. James called to inform me, and the car was fixed within a day. The whole staff is incredibly professional and friendly. They also honor U.S. veterans.

I called multiple shops and ALL of them wanted to charge me a astronomical price for a transmission f
lush. Then my son suggested I call Gearhead, he had seen they had gotten really good reviews on Yelp. I went to the website and saw that you could send an appointment request online so I did. Daniel got back to me within an hour of the request. He answered all of my questions quickly and was able to schedule me an appointment to have my transmission serviced the same day. When I arrived he greeted me with a smile! He was very patient with all of my questions and very detailed with his answers. Daniel told me how long it would take to service the car and I when came back at that time and the vehicle was ready to go. He is a very sweet and honest guy and I hope to have him as my mechanic for a long while.
