you know what’s going on. Our engine died on our land rover.We Went to them to fix our engine. And he’s so kindly fixed it and gave my mom a wonderful deal. I appreciate everything that he has done and not only is he a hard-working man, but he is an honest man and a good mechanic. After talking to him again after having reoccurring issues with our engine. he went above and beyond and was just like bring the car in. And was just you don’t get service like that anymore. And he was very honest about what the problem was how he would diagnose the car and what could potentially happen going forward with our car. I have lived for Santa Rosa for Around 15 years. And with Range Rovers, You have a lot of problems. And I have met many mechanics. My last mechanic not only do you siphon us out of money by overcharging us because he saw that we had a Range Rover. He did the work poorly. Lucas was able to point out that the work was done poorly, and his prices were way cheaper And the professionalism and the niceness was the best that I have ever received from any of the prior mechanics that used to work on my car in Santa Rosa. I will now be taking my car only to him. Because he is about the only ethical, kind, and extremely good mechanic in Santa Rosa that I have worked with. Another point that I wanted to make is that I’m a woman and what people don’t know is that I may not be a mechanic but I have two degrees. One in business and one as an electrician. So I have taken a part ac transit buses, worked on Muni and BART, etc. I’m used to taking things apart. And i’ve gotten this a lot talk to me like I’m stupid because I am a woman people don’t think that I did all those things or that I have a degrees as an electrician. But that was not my experience with Lucas. He explained everything to me and did not question my intelligence. And he was very honest hard-working and respectful. Out of all the places that I will go. I will only let Lucas touch my car. If you want the best, you have to go to them.

I have never had a bad experience with Advanced Towing and Repair. The service is always exceptional.
I would absolutely recommend. The will not do work that is not needed on your car, unlike many other companies trying to just make some fast cash.
