Always a good experience...
Anita is always helpful and tries to take care of the customer. Today I picked up my work car after some repairs were completed. When I dropped it off the day before I asked if there was any chance I could get it back the next day so I could get back to work out of state. She said they would try. Well, try they did and they got it done.

Service and repairs to my vehicle
Always excellent service and repairs. They stand behind what they do. I needed work done and a quick fashion for a short trip and they got me right in got me taken care of and back on the road in time for my appointment. I recommend them to anybody that needs repairs and excellent service!

Amazing Trustworthy Repair & Tow Service!
I had gotten a flat tire in sub-zero temperatures. I had been on the side of the road for over 2 hours trying to get my tire off myself and couldn't get the lug nuts off. I called a friend in Owensboro and asked for a recommendation for help. She recommended McCarty's. The girls on the phone were amazing and very polite and showed concern for me having been broke down for long. Carl arrived very quickly in about half the time I was given. He got the car on the truck and we were on our way quickly to the shop. He had the heat blasting and I was able to warm up quickly. I am a very nervous person and I was very comfortable riding in the truck. Carl was extremely professional and kind! They did a great job and had a tire in stock. Even though I live 45 minutes when I am in need of service repairs or routine maintenance I will be using them from this point on. I would highly recommend them for towing or repairs! They are extremely professional and reasonably priced.
