Clarance said he had been doing business there for 60 years, it was a bit expensive, but the mechanic was nice. They did a good job, they had a good young man on the phones, they took care of his problem immediately and it was running fine. If everyone took care as well as that young man did, they'd have a problem with having too much business.

Robert said he sat there for 2 and a half hours, and they told him what it could be. They charged him $70-some for the inspections, when other places would charge him less. He felt very empty when he left. They have to be open and honest with him, and he will be seeing a competitor next week. They were knowledgeable and told him what it could be, but it was opened-ended with no results. He would not recommend for alignments, which is his issue.
