the passenger seat. The text updates were super helpful. I think if you guys got direct feedback and gave a full rundown of what was done, plus future tips, it'd make things even better. My experience was checking in, dropping off my car, and getting a text about the work. After it was done, I paid and got a detailed report. But understanding the technical stuff in the report was a bit tough. Most places give you a quick summary of what's recommended next. Basically, a quick chat with a mechanic or supervisor about what they did and what to look out for would be awesome for future customers, instead of just getting a receipt and a paper summary.
