Where do I start? I have so many great things to say about Mr. Rick and his crew!!
First off, I w
as given a ride to pick up my car from a different shop so I could get it to Nixon’s.
Secondly, Mr. Rick listened to me tell him what I noticed my car doing, etc.
Thirdly, he had Adam diagnose it. (No charge) *back story-another shop had stated it was way worse on their diagnostic *
Fourth, Mr. Rick gave me a fair cost for what the car ACTUALLY needs. (We won’t discuss the other shop).
Fifth, I will always bring my car to Nixon’s.
Don’t take your car anywhere else-especially if you’re a lady!!- Mr. Rick and Adam not only talked and explained things to me like I was a human-but I also was taught a couple things about my car that I didn’t know.
