Amazing place!
The whole team at Walt’s is absolutely amazing! My old car is my baby and I won’t take her anywhere else! They have such a family feel to them, and they make sure that you feel it every time! Anything my car has ever needed they have been able to take care of and made sure to give me the best price they could. They treat my car like it’s their own and always make sure everything is working in top shape before I leave. They go above and beyond every time! My whole family now takes their cars to Walt’s because of the care and trust we have in them. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Great service!
Woke up to a car that wouldn't start, after calling and speaking with Chris I towed it in on a Friday night. I was called Saturday at 9:00 am with a diagnosis and repair estimate. Car was fixed and ready for pick up latter that day. Awsome work Chris and Fernando! Thanks again

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I brought in my almost new 2018 Dodge Challenger for a conversion to synthetic oil and a high end oil filter. I also had lots of questions about a few annoying issues with the car that my dealership simply was not answering. Within minutes I had all my answers and a suggestion that I have my dealership run a diagnostic on my in dash electronics package which is under warranty because my TPMS was just not working correctly and the tech at Walt's suggested it was a bad sensor. I got lots of info, and some suggestions all for the price of an oil change. One more reason I service all 4 of my cars at Walt's!

This will Be My Last Visit to Walts in Port Orchard, WA
I have been coming to the Walts in Port Orchard for years due mainly to one reason and one person, Damian Anderson. He was always at stake for customer satisfaction and personally took the time to explain what the issues were with our cars and also to provide options. I do not know all the reasons for him leaving, but I can say that my trust was built with this individual and since this individual is no longer there, my business will follow.

You lost a very key individual from that location and whomever audits these reviews should do a deep dive into how the Port Orchard branch will be run and the reasons why an individual with such integrity and customer loyalty would choose to leave your company.

Chris said he had an exhaust leak and the business fixed it at no charge because they said it was just a small one. He also stated that he was told they would not charge him $100 for the diagnostic but when he picked up his vehicle after office hours, the bill showed the $100 charge for the diagnostic.

Chris did an exceptionally awesome job at getting me quickly scheduled for the Oil Change on my Dodge Durango. Chris also had my oil change completed by a service technician very efficiently the very next day. I absolutely love Walt's Automotive Care in Port Orchard, Washington. I absolutely recommend Walt's to any and all for the care, and the maintenance of their vehicles.
