Good experience.
I think a lot of my satisfaction has to do with the car itself. Over 3 years with very little going wrong. The people in service have been great. Hopefully the car will continue to treat me as well as the service people and vice versa.

Engine replaced under warranty
My engine had a bearing failure after 100k miles.
I trust Torrington Hyundai, so even though the failure happened in Danbury, and I lived in New Milford, I had it towed to Torrington.
Roger in Service was communicative, proactive, and helpful through the whole process. In the end, the engine was replaced under warranty and I received a loaner car in the meantime.
This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back.

Great Place to get a Car
I am going to be Completely Honest with this Dealership. Buying are 1st vehicle here was easy, they didn't push a sale on us, they listen to our Concerns and needs, noticing that we are "Bigger People" they pulled cars that would fit us better and make it more comfortable.
Now what I am disappointed on is not the car maintenance they do a wonderful job, it was scheduling for maintenance asking for a loaner which we did in advance to make sure there was a loaner for us and they promised us that they would have one set aside. I have medical issues and cannot sit around a dealership for 4 to 6 hours waiting on our car to be fixed, and if anything goes wrong with me medically my hubby can take me to the hospital.
So we get there expecting the loaner as promised again we scheduled in advance, and to get there and have them say we haven't had a loaner in for a few day's. We were extremely mad, we had to scramble to find someone to help us get home and bring my hubby back in 5 hour's.
You can trust them in buying a great car, but as for promises that's where they lost are trust.

Not everything was checked properly.
Good experience but I am sure the technician checked everything . After I left I found that the washer fluid was empty and was concerned that not everything was checked. When I got home I called the dealer and the person insisted that they checked everything.

It took time but it was right
So I brought my car in because the motor had seized. The shop was full and it took a bit before my car was looked at. When my car was finally seen it was determined I needed a new motor. Before a new motor was installed the insurance company needed to come and verify it was not my fault. There was minimal communication throughout this process. I asked for a loaner and was given an electric vehicle. That was great! While I was there charging my loaner was the only time I received updates on my car. When I picked up my car I did not get a lot of information either. I needed to call back to get the important information like when I will need an oil change.

The staff were friendly and courteous throughout the whole process I just wish they were more forthcoming with information.

Routine maintenance
Great service. Need to improve lead time, however. Routine oil change should not take 3 weeks for appointments. Service area parking also quite limited. All else was very good.
