Did not have a diagnostics technician available on Saturdays really the busiest day of the week? I am baffled that was the only reason why I took my car to get someone to trouble shoot an issue. Everything else was great, except what was most important to me did not get accomplished.

No one would call me back
I called several times for an update on my vehicle. I left a message with the receptionist who said the advisor wasn't in until the next day. I left 2 messages in the following two days for the advisor and then 1 message with the service manager on the third day without anyone calling me back until the car was ready. Other visits the advisors have been perfect. This visit was a train wreck!

Always having issues !!!
Tire rotation was not completed. Same may have happened previous time... this time I chalked the tires. Highly recommend surveillance cameras in the mechanical bay.

Great customer service.
Upon arrival I was quickly taken care. The person at the counter explained to me how long my oil change would take and as well as the installation of my wiper blades. Once everything was done, the person at the counter found me. He then explained what had been done to my vehicle and what was needed to be done to it on my next visit and what shape it was in upon leaving. Great customer service.
