Poor Repair Job
I recently took my vehicle to Suwanee Service Station because it idled roughly and would shut off due to an air flow issue. They claimed to have repaired my vehicle at a cost of $1000 but again it failed after 4 days. They then repaired it a second time, and again it failed less than 3 days later. The third time they wanted an additional $700 to replace a sensor (which I did not pay). I then took my vehicle to another mechanic and they found the real cause of the air flow issue (a ripped air duct). This repair cost less than $125 to fix and the car runs perfectly. Even after presenting this information and the ripped air duct to Suwanee Service Station, they did not acknowledge their failure or provide a discount on their expensive non-repair of my vehicle. Needless to say, I won't be going back! Customers deserve better quality service when they entrust you with servicing their vehicles!
