This reviewer visited our facility in June, declined all recommendations for necessary repairs, and left with her vehicle fully intact except for a small, cosmetic plastic cover that was accidentally left off by one of our technicians. That piece was returned immediately without hesitation once the oversight was brought to our attention.
What is important to clarify here is that rather than calling us or asking to speak to a manager, this customer escalated the situation by calling the Gwinnett County Police, alleging that our shop “stole” a $5 plastic part — a ridiculous claim, especially against a business that services thousands of vehicles each year and generates over $6 million in annual revenue.
Our team, including the young service advisor she referred to, acted with complete professionalism throughout the visit, despite the fact that she was rude, confrontational, and accusatory toward multiple members of our staff. Her behavior was not only disrespectful, but disruptive to our operation and other customers present at the time. Even the responding officers acknowledged the situation for what it was.
We stand behind our staff and their integrity. We will not allow anyone — regardless of background — to mistreat or falsely accuse our employees of serious wrongdoing without evidence.
Let it be publicly stated: this customer is no longer welcome at our facility or on our property. Any future attempt to enter our premises will be considered trespassing and will be handled by law enforcement immediately.
