My son who is a student at Western Michigan University drives a 2021 Tucson, he was having issues with the engine. The engine was making a knocking sound, tried making an appointment in Kzoo, they could not get him in for over a month, tried Grand Rapids, nope, it was a month and 1/2 away. So I called my service team in Illinois to see if there was anything they could do. They called Signature in Benton Harbor, and talked to Jen Gruber. Jen had the car in the next day. Jen kept us in the loop back in Illinois all the time with the timeline of the car. She got my son a loaner car to use, which was great. Signature had the motor replaced in less than 3 weeks from the time they got the car. I highly recommend seeing Jen, or anyone at Signature for their service needs
