Verified CustomerDominic I'm sorry to hear you feel the way you do. We have a process we follow as far as diagnosis kind of similar to how a doctor would go through a process to get to the root cause. At this point it is not known if you need timing chains and we don't normally quote random "possible causes", we like to verify the actual cause. I think you will find most high quality shops will work the same way. We would have gladly gone further but you did not want to pay additional diagnosis and that's your option. As far as the "green screen", yes we did get that taken care of for you and did it for the amount quoted and approved. Sorry again for the way that you feel but it sounds like we may not be the shop for you. Good luck with your Q5 and your TT.
