My service time slot was reserved for simple maintenance tasks, and then had the surprise of adding several more time-intense emergency services.They still got all completed affordable in the same day, and made it look easy. It was certainly easy on me!

Damaged tire replacement
I hit a huge pothole and consequently damaged 2 tires. I called and they got me in right away! I was at work but Becky was fantastic at saying in touch, working with my car warranty and getting the tires I needed at a great price. The work as always was fantastic. It is such a relief to have a place I can trust , fantastic mechanics and compassionate staff. Thank you Santos!!

Superlative customer care
My first encounter with Santos Auto Service was an unplanned, urgent event: critical warning on the hybrid system of a Toyota Prius C. From start to finish, every contact with staff was professional and kind. They jumped on board to find alternative suppliers for the battery, and expedited the technician service. Joe furnished eXtra information on how to manage an unconventional start for the gasoline engine if the hybrid battery failed, and a frank explanation of what to expect.

Santos exhibited a rare display of quality. I have already recommended this company.

Mazda CX9 Tow Hitch installation
I needed a tow hitch installed on my Mazda CX9. The process involved lowering the muffler, loosening rear panels, cutting a notch in the bumper panel, installing the hitch, then reassembly of all the above. Very involved but well done looks as if it was done at the factory.
