Welcome to Rightway Auto Service, your one and only automotive repair shop for all your repair needs! Rightway isn’t your average repair shop. We put customers first. We know what it is like to break down and not know what to do. One of the most stressful situations is being stuck on the side of the road without any idea of whom to turn to. Our goal is to make this situation as smooth and as simple as an oil change.
Our Service Advisors will give you a warm and welcome voice on the other side of the phone. They will work diligently with not only your repairs, but also with your budget, and help get you going as fast as possible. You will be greeted with a smile and they will do everything in their power to set your worries at ease.
Our Technicians have over 20 years of experience and the repair knowledge necessary to take care of any and all your repair needs. There is not much our Technicians aren’t willing to take on.

If I recall correctly, both Kita and myself went over the entire process in detail and depth and asked if you had any other questions or concerns prior to your leaving, to which you had stated you understood everything that we had discussed.
Per our conversation that you had with us while you were here, you had stated that you did not have any issues and that you would use us for future services and even recommend us to others. Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case.
