Always a very dependably and great customer service.
Have a 2003 Subaru with 278,000 miles on it. Roopair does excellent work and I can trust the prices and the quality of their work. Never get the runaround. Customer service is also good. I'm going for 300,000 miles and maybe 400,000. I drive about 1 hour to get to this garage. It's well worth it.
I also have 2010 Subaru with 180,000 miles. Their knowledge of these cars is top notch. Excellent mechanics.

Great Service as always
My check engine light ended up being nothing at all, so I got an oil change since I was almost due then already there. I swear on my car is running better than ever and it's a 2002. I'm hoping I can make it last till I stop driving. With Roopair I'm pretty sure I'll make it.

We were part of the 1% with a Subaru engine failure.
We had a catastrophic engine failure on the freeway north of Seattle. After towing the car to Roopair on a Sunday, Josh and his crew fixed my wife’s Outback by Friday the same week. Josh also provides marriage counseling in the lobby if needed.

Wow! They "Newified" my car!
After years of driving only on the freeway, I have recently had to provide for my aging mother. Between working, living, and caring for mom, I started driving Tacoma surface roads more frequently, essentially driving my poor Sub into the ground, trip-by-trip. The Roopair crew caught all of the wear just in time to reverse entropy! They should teach physics!

2002 Forester
Roopair has taken excellent care of my Forester since I bought it new in 2002-all 194K miles! I expect to get another hundred thousand miles with their continued care and service. They are professional and friendly.

End of road for CV Crosstrek
We’ve been well served by RooPair for 20 years. This last service was hard — as it brought the news that our vehicle needs a new engine or rebuild. For many reasons I could give more stars, but I deduct 1 star for poor diagnosis of underlying issues just 3 months ago and another 1 star deducted because vehicle was running considerably worse when returned than when I dropped it off

Great service
We have taken our 08 Outback to Roopair Specialties for several years. Today I had a catalytic converter replaced, as always the work was done timely and a very reasonable price. We have had the best service, which is hard to find, we will be going back when we have any more issues.

Friendly, Helpfull, Very Knowledgeable Service
I found out about Roopair from a family member who highly recommended their service based on her experience over the years with Roopair servicing her older Subaru Outback. So far I've only needed routine oil changes but if any repairs are needed, I will have Roopair do the work.
