Closed down with my car!

I'm not sure whats going on, but they have had my car for almost a year, and now it says they're permanently closed. How does this happen? They can just steal my car?

Use these guys!

These guys are great. Worked me for an overheating problem with my older model truck while I was on the road. When they didn’t feel comfortable throwing parts at it, did what they could at no charge! When do you see that nowadays? Hat’s off to Rev. Use these guys!.

Great Service and Great Customer Service

My son has a fender bender in a parking lot and his car was undriveable due to broken tail lights and dented rear bumper. My son took his car to Rev’s Automotive by accident since he thought it was another place he was familiar with from a previous event. It was luck that he took it here because they were fast to help him and analyze the situation. They indicated the work that was needed and provided us with viable options that we could do in stages if needed. They are honest and work hard to work within your budget. The mechanics and technicians are highly skilled and do wonderful work. Christina is one of the office workers and made our experience wonderful and very pleasant. She is awesome and I appreciate everything that she did to make our experience with Rev’s Automotive a winning success. I recommend them very highly.

Smart Diagnosis-Effective repairs

Recently I had an unusual oil leak with my 2012 Ford F250-6.7 Liter /diesel.
Oil was disappearing and I couldn't figure out where it wis going. Outside guesses at the cause of the leak were everything from a leaking rear main seal (very expensive repair) to a simple oil pan leak.
The diagnosis at Rev's suggested a crack in the turbocharger housing. I didn't believe it util I saw it myself.
Since the replacement of the turbocharger, the truck is running like new and losing zero oil.

Poor knowledge

Told me a bunch of untrue repairs. Told me there was no issue with engine oil being dramatically overfilled. Do not trust these people with your vehicle.

Vehicle was brought in with a complaint of smelling burning oil. Tech found oil leaking from valve cover, recommended replacing valve cover gaskets to fix leak. Customer was adviced to take vehicle to dealership for warranty repair due to age/ milage of vehicle. Tech checked the oil level to insure it was not low due to the leak and found the oil level was over full by nearly 2 quarts. Customer was told that this is definatley a problem and likely the cause of the leak. Customer stated that they had taken their vehicle to an oil change place and had the oil changed recently. Customer asked if we could drain the excess oil, service advisor informed customer that there is no way to only drain off the excess oil. That once we pull the drain plug we would have to drain all the oil and refill, esssentially doing another oil change. Customer thanked us for our time/ information and stated that they were going to take this up with the place that did the most recent oil change. All of this was done at no charge to the customer.

Car Mades a Weird Metal Scrapping Noise

Came in your have my car looked at since it was making a weird metal scraping noise. Issue was taken care of at no inconvenience or cost to me. Staff was so friendly that I genuinely enjoyed hanging out while my car was fixed. Truly a pleasant experience, been coming here for years and will continue to return! Great people!
