Terrible service experience
If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible communication, no one answers the phone, takes multiple times leaving voice messages for someone to call you back six hours later. Brought my car in for service and was told after three days that the car couldn’t be fixed for another day because ‘my mechanic’ had the day off. The part that was needed arrived at 8 am on the third day, so there should have been plenty of time for them to fix my car, but apparently you are assigned a mechanic when you bring your car in and even though your car might have been there three days earlier then another car, your car will not be fixed until your mechanic is back to work. What kind of system and service is this?
