Every time I go there the service and the product is outstanding. I wish the Mercedes dealer had this kind of attitude and service. Carlos runs a great business and would recommend anyone w/a MB to use them….several visits and all outstanding.

Consistent care and successful support for my 2010 Mercedes
These guys have taken very good care of our cars for the past ten years. This season my beautiful Mercedes became a home to rats in the engine compartment. They chewed the wiring and messed up the warning lights. Who knew? All better now. Thanks!

Fantastic service
Took my Range Rover in for service for the second time in a couple years and once again they did a fantastic job. I never feel taken advantage of like other shops sometimes do because how pricy Range Rovers are to work on. I will be back but hopefully not to soon…

My first experience with Palm Desert Automotive. They did great work replacing the radiator and spark plugs and doing an oil change on my Audi. Reliable communication through texts and phone calls. After picking up my car, I realized the AC wasn't cooling properly. I called Carlos and he and Jerry went out of their way to fix the minor problem ASAP (a simple connection). Customer service beyond the norm.

These guys are professional and do great work!
Just moved here from the Bay Area - and Palm Desert Automotive came highly recommended. I took my Mini Cooper in for regular service (50,000 miles) and they took great care of me. I was concerned about the timing belt since Mini Coopers are known for their timing belts going bad at 50,000 miles - the car had also been making strange noises. They investigated and found that I did indeed need a new one - saving me hundreds or even thousands if the problem had nopt been found. I will definitely be taking my car there from now on.
