Cooling system
5 or 6 parts of the coolant system were completely were shot and Carlos identified the problems, got the parts and fixed everything in less than 48 hours!
We were working in a time crunch and I am very grateful that Palm Desert Automotive was there for me!

A great find!
Carlos got me in quickly for a timing belt replacement for my Lexus SC430. His thorough safety assessment of my classic 22 year old vehicle unsurprisingly found a few other things needed such as brakes. He provided photo evidence of his findings and completed the repairs at a very reasonable cost. This will be my “go to” shop from now on.

Every time I go there the service and the product is outstanding. I wish the Mercedes dealer had this kind of attitude and service. Carlos runs a great business and would recommend anyone w/a MB to use them….several visits and all outstanding.
