PERSONAL SERVICE
Otto Service is the only shop that touches my car besides myself. Having them work on my car is always very pleasing. It's one of the reasons I drive a Honda, because I want them to be my service center. I hate going to the dealership if I can avoid it. I also like that they provide me with a loaner vehicle so I don't have to wait around or put them in a rush. I can go about my day. Very nice, knowledgeable crew.
