PERSONAL SERVICE
Otto Service is the only shop that touches my car besides myself. Having them work on my car is always very pleasing. It's one of the reasons I drive a Honda, because I want them to be my service center. I hate going to the dealership if I can avoid it. I also like that they provide me with a loaner vehicle so I don't have to wait around or put them in a rush. I can go about my day. Very nice, knowledgeable crew.

Honest Service
I have been going to Otto Service for over 20 years with 2 Honda CRV's. I can always depend on them being honest and the work completed in a timely manner. The communication along the way is very helpful, too. Many thanks for your years of service.

Great Service
Otto is a specialized car repair shop. Because of their expertise I have been to them twice for major repairs. They offer a loaner vehicle as well! Cody is very good at returning phone calls and communicates well! I will likely only use Otto to keep my Honda working properly!

Great Service
I have been to Otto twice for my Honda CR-V repairs. Cody’s communication is clear and my calls have always been returned promptly! Their service is straightforward and because they specialize in Honda’s the confidence I feel going to Otto is higher than with other repair shops who work on all car models. I love that they offer a loaner car at a very modest price and this is a big reason that I use them as I have no family here locally.
They have gone the extra mile for me! The shop is clean and organized.
I highly recommend this team of car experts!

2009 Acura repairs
I was surprised that my car needed so much work. Cody and the staff got us up and running as soon as possible. Also came up with a financial plan to help us. The car runs great. We will be using Otto for oil changes and routine work.

Honest and dependable
I have been going to Otto Service of Kansas City for over 15 years. This is my second Honda CR-V. They are always honest and dependable. They always service or repair my car in a timely manner and I have never had an issue on anything with either car.
