Bryan said it was good, he talked on the phone to set up an appointment but misheard, he thought the appointment was Monday, got in and it was on Tuesday. They were still able to get him in, he waited for the vehicle, they did not keep him waiting long.

Shoddy work
I've only used Otto Service twice. Yesterday I took my car in for maintenance minder 1235 which was oil change, transmission service, coolant service air and cabin filter replacement and a few other things. After I got my car home I had found out I had a really bad leak which turns out to be an oil leak. Had the technician taken even a few minutes to check for leaks the issue I had would have never occurred. I had large amounts of oil on my driveway and I don't know how much oil I lost. I did take the car back and they fixed it. The problem is my car should have never left their shop with a large oil leak.

Our daughter introduced us to Otto Service two years ago after moving here from Alabama. We had to replace the Torque Converter and now we have a much smoother gear shift transition. Thanks Otto Service! we even got a discount!

Excellent service. Great customer service
I was told my transmission was bad and not worth spending money on it. Otto found the transmissiom was not in bad condition and gave me a list of other repairs that were needed. The car is running fine and not going to be sold for scraps. I am thankful my grandson referred me to Otto and their service.

They had the patience to find and solve an intermittent problem.
I was quite perplexed why brakes would be solid most of the time then suddenly be nothing. They found that the master cylinder would sometimes work, sometimes totally fail.

Service on my Acura
My impression of Otto Service was extremely high. Very professional and super honest. I told them I wanted an air filter with my oil change. I was told I didn’t need one yet. They could’ve easily sold me an air filter and I would have not known the difference. I would recommend them to anyone who has a Honda or Toyota.
