Brought my car into Midas for diagnosis and repair. The Mechanic went for a test drive and proceeded to get into an accident. Midas states "the fault was on the other driver. The police said we are not at fault" and then FAILED TO PROVIDED THEIR INSURANCE INFORMATION. The police report (That was given to the mechanic driving my car) clearly states their mechanic failed to yield at unsigned intersection. This is the fault on Midas and they're actively avoiding responsibility. In addition they will not call me clarifying the insurance information. I have called multiple times attempting to get this situation resolved and still the general manager will not contact me and help resolve this issue
