Rude and unhelpful
Worst customer service ever!! Unfortunately, I have been going here for the past 10 years and every time I have a service for my vehicle I feel like they have a grudge against me maybe from one bad experience every person treats me like shit. They are super rude. They are overextending and fake. When I walk in, they say hello and my name like I'm impatient. the New guy called to explain the diagnosis on my car. I could not understand a word he was saying therefore I did not know what the diagnosis on my car was. He told me that if it was an outside influence, it would void my warranty. He continued to say that it looks like it is an outside influence that damaged my car. I was very concerned and questioned the statement. I asked for a manager to explain in more detail and he yelled at me and said no I cannot talk to a manager. He is busy right now. He then stated that he would call me back after talking to the mechanic again, and on the next phone call, he said he did not say it was from outside damage and that's not what he said. He then to very aggressively said that my car was ready then asked me if I wanted a car wash and I said yes. I came to pick up my vehicle they said, was being washed,I waited there for 20 minutes. I get my car. Was not washed.!!!!
Like I said, I've had a vehicle here for over 10 years. This is the same thing that happens every single time I go into this service my car because I get service where I purchased the vehicle it's a very unfortunate experience for me every single time. They are so rude and I feel like they hate me and I can feel it by the way they treat me every single time I go in there. It's like the worst day of my life for me every time I go in there
