This is my third experience with LaPointe and I continue to be impressed.
Each visit I had specific work to be done and each visit resulted in being told that part of the service was not needed. Rather than take the opportunity to charge for unnecessary work, they declined to do so.
Beyond this, they are extremely accommodating of personal situations, taking care that they worked with me to make my experience as smooth as possible and putting up with numerous phone calls.
Further, everyone is personable and friendly.

I only trust Lapointe's with my daughter's Jeep. Above and beyond is the only way to explain this shop and everyone who we've encountered. The heart, the experience, and dedication to fixing the vehicle has blown my mind and warmed my heart. A 2000 Jeep Wrangler with all the fun problems. Transmission, oil, brakes, the horn, power, and a partridge in a pear tree. They have been the only shop who could help with the Transmission. Like I said, 20 stars. Won't go anywhere else.

AC recharge and oil change
I called around to all the hundred shops in the area and yet again lapoint has the best prices. They are always honest and upfront with costs and what needs to be done and what can wait. I have been the the shop a few times in my year that I have lived here and they continue their good name. Thanks a bunch for keeping me safe on these crazy Jacksonville roads.

They always take care of me
I have been coming to LaPointes for 4 years now and they have always been able to help me with my cars from oil changes to inspections and diagnostics these guys are the best I’ve had in Eastern Carolina! Brian and Zack are the best and they got a great team behind them! Highly recommend!

This was such a great experience. I had a jeep that came to me with a handful of things wrong and they picked it up and fixed it in a timely cost effective manner. They were very thorough in their explanations and happy to do the little things I added on at the end. Thank you! We will be back!
