Disabled veteran abuse
Update 5 star to ZERO

Entirely family's mechanic for decades.

Multiple quotes have come back with required hours and parts cost doubled or more when compared against official manufacturer dealership service guides (as well as Alldata / Mitchell real-time parts and labor estimators).

Most recent quote ~$7000: all work plus two major and one minor additional jobs using premium OEM parts, labor (@$150/hr), and warranty completed by another mechanic today for $1795.04

Just wow - I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income and Evan just tried to very seriously and very intentionally abuse my trust and finances in the most damaging way possible.

If we add those extra jobs and parts it would have been a $10,000 quote for work Evan very well knew was less than 1/5 his quote.

All parts available for immediate pickup: marked up a minimum of 100% up to 800% over retail shelf price; if we go to Amazon or eBay using the same parts we're talking like 1000% markup for very basic common parts.

No job was quoted for less than double the officially required hours.

If he does this to a friend and customer (disabled veteran) that knew him before he owned property how do you think he's going to treat you?

I've brought him literally hundreds of thousands of dollars of business.

My extended network of family, friends, Veteran and service orgs, local business owners, etc have been notified and are no longer customers here.

Predatory Mechanic
At a minimum doubled the required hours and parts cost for a repair estimate as verified against Honda, Alldata and Mitchell service estimators.

All parts verified as immediately locally available at sometimes 1/8 the quoted price.

Disabled veteran, fixed income, vulnerable to abuse of trust.

Multi decade relationship burned.

My entire extended network of family, friends, veterans, service orgs, etc will no longer do business here.

Auto Air
While visiting far from home, air conditioning quit working despite a previous "repair" closer to home.
GREAT SERVICE ! The air has worked perfectly since. Friendly and knowledgeable crew. They would get all my business if I lived close.

Once again, great service.
These guys consistently do terrific work. New car (to me) and had an issue.... bam, Evan and company fixed me up and their price was right in-line with their estimate.

Hutto is privileged to have an Auto Repair company like Labor Only Repair. I will be using these guys every time I need some help. Kudos to the how Labor Only team!

Great service
I took my truck in for a second opinion after taking it to the dealer. Evin was very helpful in checking out my truck and determining what really needed repairing. He provided quick service at a very reasonable price. I have been pleased with the repairs and will take my truck to him again as needed.

Fantastic service and work
Full engine rebuild on 2000 Dodge Durango. Also found other things that were wearing to cheaply replace while engine was out. They also facilitated a transmission rebuilt. Great work. Nice team. Friendly. Helpful.

Great Service
Brought my car in because the check engine light came on. I had it tested before I came in and found out it was my thermostat. I called and they gave me an estimate. They took me in the next day and fixed it in a great timeline and exactly what they quoted.

I found out about Labor only through another mechanic - Richard at Heritage Autohaus. I'm glad I called, the process was great and they fixed my vehicle quickly, i'm a plumber and my truck is my livelyhood. They fixed the issue fast, and i had it back the following day! Excellent job!

I will definitely call them again for any issues i'm having.

Luv these guys!
My brakes started making that nasty grinding sound when I pressed on the pedal, so I know this was not good. It was about 3:30pm and called Evan to see if they could fit me in their schedule. They did... I did... now, my car has been did. Fixed my rear brakes!! Thank you guys for a job well done.
