Bad Business Horrible
THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!! I took my car to them to have a diagnostic and they had my car for two weeks. Numerous attempts were made to speak with Johnny (the owner) in regards to the status of my car. After several failed attempts and continuously being told he'd call me back I had enough. I demanded to speak with Johnny and he told me my car was non-repairable. I received my car back and to my dismay he did not put my car back to together. I found my engine parts in the trunk and back seat. PLEASE do not do business with these scam artist. ZERO STARS!

Horrible
Js auto repair had my Dodge Neon for 4 months finally said he couldn't fix it after my husband made repeated calls and visits. My husband was told that we would get a call when they put the car back together so it could be picked up. The next call we received was a voice mail saying come get your car or it will be towed to impound. When my husband got there with a tow truck the car was full of water from the rain, sitting on flat tire , with a dead battery. Didn't have a air compressor or a battery charger "according to the mechanic" and they claim that they didn't leave the window down so they have no idea how water got inside. My car is in worst shape then before due to some parts being cut in half during the so called attempt to repair and the water damage. Overall JS auto repair is horrible and all I received from dealing with them was the cost of 2 tow trucks, more parts to replace, a flooded car interior, and a headache!

Melody said she kept having problems with this facility. She had to return several times. The staff installed a new alternator, but she had to return, and pay for towing, after her first service visit. They installed another alternator. She said she then brought her vehicle to another facility for a diagnosis, where they found the second alternator was defective. She returned a third time and showed them the printed diagnosis. The staff installed a third alternator. She said it was a great inconvenience for her to have to go back and forth many times, as well as having to go without a vehicle for a while.
