I went to Gibbs years ago for car repair. Service was excellent. I went to get my oul changed on 4/16/25, and experienced the same great, promot professional service. I will continue using Gibbs for all my car maintenance needs!!!
Gibbs Automotive provides superior customer service and repairs. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Regardless of the type of service or repairs that are needed, the entire staff is very thorough and takes time to fully explain what is needed and how the problem will be remedied.
I appreciate the fact that only the necessary repairs were considered, while the dealer suggested so many other unnecessary repairs, that would of costed me more than the value of the car.
I was referred to the business by my friend. She has been bringing her vehicles here for years. My car had an oil leak & the dealership wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. I tried Gibbs & I’m glad I did. They fixed my problem the same day. My advisor was Josh & he kept me very informed of what was going on with my car.
I truly appreciate the courteous from the team at Gibbs Automotive at the beginning to the end. After the initial scheduled appointment, I received a call to confirm the vehicle problem and my options of drop off. Although, my vehicle is still under warranty, I was kept in the loop every step of the way. And my vehicle was repaired within the same day. Even though, it was my first time using Gibbs Automotive they had me feel at home.

Battery Core
I had a battery replaced in my Accord by Gibbs automotive along with minor other things. Even though I had further issues that needed to be handled by Honda I felt I should have been given a choice to receive my old battery back. I wasn’t asked if I’d like to receive it back and on top of 375.00 $ I paid, a core charge was issued to them for my old battery as if 375.00$ wasn’t enough of a huge loss out of my pocket. I felt I should at least got the core back for MY battery but didn’t and wasn’t made aware of that until I asked. By that time they had taken it back and pocketed it. I’ve done business with them before and was satisfied, but somehow this time I felt cheated.
Very professional, they were able to service my van sooner than I expected. They always communicate to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Thank you
Gary said he has been going there for quite some time. They go out of their way to show him what needs to be done. They do a great job and he has no reason to doubt their work.
