Great Service
This is my 2nd time bringing my car here for service. This place was recommended by my friend. The first time I dropped off the car and the 2nd time I waited. Great service both times. The front staff was sweet and professional. I have no complaints on the servicing of my vehicle. Will definitely be back.

Happy customer
A happy customer! I would have given them a 5 star, but when I went to get in my vehicle there was grease on the seat. I reported the issue and they apologized and graciously took care of the issue.

Battery replacement
My battery died on my GLK 350 and I called Unique Mercedes and they got to it quickly even though they were very busy. It was replaced quickly at a competitive price. I called a small independent garage for a price check and they quoted a price higher than Unique Mercedes where they have Mercedes trained specialist performing the repair. Excellent service.

They Care!

Wonderful service!
I brought my car in for it's routine Schedule B maintenance. The ladies in the front office were polite and professional. The mechanics took good care of my automobile. I even had a great conversation with the owner, Devon. I am very satisfied with their customer service and will return again!
