Always great service
Been going to J and C for quite a few years now, always honest, not your typical pushy type place that tries to sell a service you really don't need. They really care about your vehicle, and even courtesy check your tires, battery, charging system, ect, whenever I bring any vehicle in for service.

Tailpipe repair
I had a tailpipe hanging loose on my Jetta. J&C inspected it and it needed an expensive repair. There was no pressure to get it done. I decided to not go with the repair and pursue other options. They did not charge me at all. I have gone there several times and have always been well satisfied with their customer service.
I highly recommend J & C!

Returning for the fix
I had my jetta in for the usual oilchange/check last Dec. when Mike told me I needed new controller arms/balljoints. Since I had a second car to use, I chose to let it sit until spring. 5 months later the work was performed without issue AND within the same price quote from last December. With all the economic change going on this means something.
