When I returned to confront them, Sales Manager Darwin De Los Cueto refused to help, denied everything, and accused me of lying. No apology. No accountability. Just gaslighting and arrogance.
The worst part? Hyundai Corporate backed them up by doing absolutely nothing. They brushed off the complaint and sent me right back to the same people who defrauded me.
