An EV for those who enjoy driving!

This car is so much fun to drive! Just push the "GO" pedal, and it takes off like a rocket. Prepare to be thrown back in your seat, even at freeway speeds. The manually shift mode is fun, but so is the rush of instant silent acceleration. Finally, an EV with a personality, for those who enjoy getting from point A to point B.

Great vehicle, the most fun I've had in an EV

The Ioniq 5N is an amazing EV to drive. Being able to adjust every aspect of how the vehicle performs guarantees you will always have fun when you sit behind the wheel. However, Hyundai dealer support for the vehicle is atrocious. It is impossible to find a dealer who can do basic troubleshooting, diagnostics, and recalls. Expect to have your vehicle in the shop for a minimum of a week for routine work.

A korean Challenger SRT8 designed by non NPC drivers

Very much a driver's car. You can set it up however you want. Want to get nostalgia of having an ICE set it to growl and have it mimic an 8 speed sequential transmission, want to sneak out of the house or not wake the neighbors? set the engine noise to zero. In track mode you can set it to FWD or RWD. The steering wheel is heavy and direct and all the inputs, throttle, break, paddle shifts etc feel like someone actually tried this beast out before releasing it to production. The low center of mass from the battery pack and sticky perrelis the 5 came with make it feel very glued to the ground and the oversized brakes can stop this thing as fast as the motors can get it going. Lastly since it is essentially a bloated hatchback and the seats fold down it is actually pretty useful for camping, hauling boxes or doing other adulting tasks.

Unforgettable experience

Coming from a Veloster N that unfortunately got totaled was a weird experience. The transition from ICE to EV was different. I knew that the N line was different from all other sports cars and I couldn't give up the opportunity to purchase the newest one. I daily drive this beast and it's fun everyday I hop in the 5N.

Fun to drive. A great transition to EV for the petrolhead.

My entry to EVs and it doesn't disappoint. Well built overall. Tactile buttons for the interior make a lot more sense than making all functions a complicated navigation through a touch panel. Mechanically suspension is built like a normal car would be, so it's quite serviceable down the line. The biggest complaints would be the paint quality and how it chips so easily, doors also have rattles and vibration noises, and turning radius is horrendous.
