brought truck in for new tires, inspection and Oil lube filter. Work done quickly and efficiently as usual. Was given 3 options for tire purchase and was given the choice of what I wanted to spend. Never pressured into buying the most expensive set.

Quick turn around
Needed to have my car towed in from Worcester. I got a phone call by mid- morning outlining the needed repairs. He had to get the part from a dealer due to its scarcity. I was able to pick up my car after work the next day.

Difficult job done easy
Older Jeep Commander. Never an issue with Henri's. Crazy stuff happens but they always manage to find the problem and fix the problem.

Worthy of more than just 5 stars
Henri's repair services all of the cars at my employment. Any time I call im told to bring it in immediately or the next morning. And the repairs are done rather quickly. Bill the owner is a very knowledgeable guy and always has time for a laugh!

A difficult rating for me to post.
Took my car in and had multiple issues that were discovered during the evaluation. When I picked up the car and finally got it on the highway I noticed a pull to the right side. This occurred on a Friday evening. Seeing that Henri's was closed on Saturday and knowing I would be going away for the weekend I was able to secure an early appointment with an auto alignment center early Saturday morning.The alignment had to be redone, the readout indicating specifications that were out of spec. The bottom line is my car is now in spec and the specific reasons as to why they were out in the first place after being aligned is now irrelevant but was a concern and should be noted here. I'm was disappointed but now neutral with how I feel going forward. Bill and I had a very good discussion about the situation.

Don: First and foremost Thank You for your Honesty although i am not happy your alignment was out of spec. For the record we had just moved the alignment machine to another bay, in our haste to continue getting vehicles done i have figured out the plates the vehicle sits on for alignment where never re leveled, No excuses, No blame it was our mistake and will own it. Also when presented with your paperwork we immediately refunded the cost of the alignment back to you which you would not accept but graciously donated the NEHOV a veterans group we are aligned with. On behalf of NEHOV thank you. On behalf of Henris thank you for your honesty and hopefully in the future we can restore your trust...We are not perfect but we do try our hardest to make each and every customer happy.
