Don: First and foremost Thank You for your Honesty although i am not happy your alignment was out of spec. For the record we had just moved the alignment machine to another bay, in our haste to continue getting vehicles done i have figured out the plates the vehicle sits on for alignment where never re leveled, No excuses, No blame it was our mistake and will own it. Also when presented with your paperwork we immediately refunded the cost of the alignment back to you which you would not accept but graciously donated the NEHOV a veterans group we are aligned with. On behalf of NEHOV thank you. On behalf of Henris thank you for your honesty and hopefully in the future we can restore your trust...We are not perfect but we do try our hardest to make each and every customer happy.
