Unexpected Breakdown(s)...TWICE !!
Over the past six months, I have had the unfortunate experience of a sudden blowout from hitting a pothole as well as an engine belt snap at high speed while highway driving. Both incidences were highly dangerous and required automobile service that I could trust. Every time I call Route 5 in Smithfield and speak to Holly, she is always courteous, knowledgeable, and considerate. Since this is a family business, she and the service technicians work together to provide professional, quality auto repair at very reasonable prices. I always feel comfortable, welcome, and assured that both my business and my safety are equally important. And as a customer, sometimes it's nice to replace unwanted frustration and unexpected danger on the roads with the proven integrity of a place you can trust...and for me, that's always Route 5 ! :))
