Fabulous!
We recently purchased a Jeep Gladiator and worked with Dylan during the process. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free! Dylan was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He had everything ready for us, and we were in and out faster than we expected. Absolutely Incredible
I came in with an impossible situation. I was upside down (by a large amount), truck was in the shop, and didn’t think there was a chance anything would work. I went to Hendrick to look at a used Grand Cherokee and left in a brand new Grand Cherokee for less than I would’ve been paying for the used one! James Kennedy is in a league of his own. He and Steve helped me through the entire process, made sure my needs were met, and so much more. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely removed from my prior situation and in a new situation that I could be proud of. I can’t express my gratitude enough for these two. They showed true professionalism. I can’t recommend Hendrick Chrysler enough. From top to bottom, they are a class above the rest. I look forward to returning for years to come.

James Kennedy and Steve are the reason my family and I no longer have the constant stress of being in an awful situation

Shady
Stay away from anything affiliated with Hendrick. This dealership charges way too much for it's cars. Especially it's used cars. The warranty you pay for is not worth the paper it's written on. They practice shady financing tactics. Charging so much over book price that no other finance company will touch you so you are stuck paying their loan shark interest rates. No matter what they promise, don't believe it. Just don't bother going. Save your money.
