pay off not paid for my returned lease vehicle
Took Dodge Ram back from lease 10-24-23 bought another vehicle. The Ram has not been paid off an it’s 11-15-2023. We have been sent to collection. I have been talking to Chrysler Capital a the dealership for two weeks. I can’t get this settled I need help. The salesman can only do so much an he has been wonderful

Read the fine print of the deal you make
I did not read the fine print and have come to find out the car I purchased was financed for a longer term and a higher interest rate than what was agreed upon. I refuse to purchase another vehicle from there and I’m currently looking.

Recall work
I world give it zero stars if I could. I stopped in to make an appointment for the recalls on my 2019 Santa Fe. I asked if they could do the hitch recall even though I hadn't gotten the notice yet. They said they could. I took my car in. They said they did the work and I left. The next morning at work I noticed that the hitch receiver was not in my car. I called the service department and was first told they didn't remove it and someone else must have taken it. They then looked for it and said it was never on the car. They gave me paperwork saying they inspected it but now they are saying it wasn't there????. I wrote a complaint online then Dallas Oliver, a salesman called me. He started off saying that per my email I bought the car from Katie in March 23. I did not. I tried to tell him that and he said he was reading what I wrote. I DID NOT. I bought the car used from Boardman Acura in February of 2021. They are insisting the war never a hitch receiver on my car. And now they want me to prove that it was. How exactly am I supposed to do that. From what I am understanding it was an after market hitch so not on the original paperwork. I can't find a picture of the back of my car to prove it was there. AND IF IT NEVER WAS THERE WHAT DID THEY INSPECT AND GET PAID FOR, FOR THE RECALL? I am beyond frustrated and angry.

New truck
My experience was phenomenal. The staff was very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. I walked out with a new truck on the same day that I walked in. I would recommend diehl of sharon to anybody!

Good Service but
Always have had a great experience here for bigger maintenance issues (my engine) but what rubbed me the wrong way is I was due for an inspection, was told I need $1200 worth of repairs. Took my car to a different shop the same day I got it back from Hyundai and passed my inspection with needing absolutely no work done and am not due or close to needing any work done. When I brought this to my Hyundai’s attention they had nothing to say so I feel as though they were trying to get over on me.

friendly staff
The process was super easy - went online and got a slot.
Called in to make a change and that was quick and easy
Waited for the service to be completed and the only slight negative was the couch was well used and low..hey I have to get my old body back out of it...
Service was explained and they even performed a recall fix that I was not aware of.

Great staff
I was able to make an appointment easily. The staff was very friendly and explained exactly what they would be doing with my car, and the car was ready in a timely manner. I explained that I had just moved to PA from Florida recently, and that I had a extended maintenance plan, which they looked up and applied to my visit. I will be returning to the Diehl dealership and service...
