Crossroads Auto Service has been a providing quality automotive maintenance and repair for over 40 years.

We started out as Crossroads Shell on the corner of Romence Road and South Westnedge Avenue. In the late 1980s, we built a new building to better serve our customers.

As the South Family owned and operated since 1975.

Crossroads Auto Service has been a providing quality automotive maintenance and repair for over 40 years.

We started out as Crossroads Shell on the corner of Romence Road and South Westnedge Avenue. In the late 1980s, we built a new building to better serve our customers.

As the South Westnedge facility was beginning to show its age, we relocated to our current location at 6230 Lovers Lane. Our new, state of the art building allows us to provide the same excellent service in a more convenient location. ...more

Car emergency- Excellent experience
I had a car emergency that just occurred while driving home. I was able to bring it in the next day to get looked at praying it was an easy fix. The issue was minor and able to be fixed within an hour. Great customer service and I would highly recommend.

Warranty repair
Took my Explorer in for warranty related repair. The place lied to me about the state of my Air Conditioning system (as confirmed by a second opinion.) They quoted me 400 for a job that typically costs 250 as confirmed by second opinion. Told no refrigerant in my system. Countered by my second opinion. Told Schrader valves are in poor condition. Countered by second opinion. Replaced Fans without providing me an estimate as required by state law. Confirmed by second opinion provider and michigan statutes. Customer must be provided an estimate prior to work being done. What they didn't realize is that I am also a tech. Taking the vehicle to Ford for full diagnostic as one was not performed. Forced to pay for radiator fans at cost. Original parts not returned and fans are still not turning on.
