Scam warranty
I purchased a used pickup truck from this dealer. I was offered the extended warranty through the sales department, which was presented to me as a replacement or for a Ford certified warranty. The engine failed in the vehicle I purchased 3 months into ownership, my vehicle has been down for 2 months now, either waiting on the adjuster, waiting on approval, was denied once before the repair was made. Once I got it straight, after 3 and 1/2 weeks of being down for the warranty originally denying the claim and another 2 and a half weeks waiting on the engine the warranty company provided, my shop jumped on the repair and got it completed. Now the vehicle will not be released to me because the warranty company will not pay the bill. I am expected to come out of pocket nearly 5 grand for the repairs. Oh, and to boot the warranty company made me put in a junkyard engine in a 2022.
