No appointment oil change
I brought my car here to get an oil change and tires rotated because I have bringing my cars here for ages and trust them. You don’t need appointments for oil changes, and as I was here at opening I didn’t have to wait long, they have a pleasant area to wait. They treat customers fair and will explain any issues patiently in a way I can understand which counts big for me.

They checked a used car I was buying
I visited the Fairfield location to inspect a 2022 Highlander before making a purchase. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 20 years, and I was pleased to see that the vehicle had no issues.

Honest mechanics
After going to a previous mechanic who said that my headgaskets failed and I would need to pay $4500+, the Pfefferle crew told me I didn't actually have an issue with the engine. They let me know when I was being ripped off and just charged for the time they spent checking it out.

Tire leak
I had new tires installed at this location to correct a right rear tire leak and worn tires and still had same right rear tire leaking some time past and got tired of putting air in tire took back to new tire fixed and was told had a tire bead leak which rim was not clean at that time of tire replacement so got charged $41.00 to clean tire this time instead of it being taken care of did not stand behind original work OKperform !!! Dollars
