Brought in my old 2005 Honda CRV because of a flat tire. The tire was patched but they also found a problem with the rear brakes. I’m grateful for their checkup, their work, and professional manners.

Great first experience
This is the first time I have been here. I was not disappointed one bit. They did not have the tire size I needed but did what they could to retrieve the correct sizes and made it happen. Best prices, great, humble people. I will definitely be returning here.

Car is giving not fixed
Car is having the same issues the claimed to fix after $1400 only seemed like they did an alignment wouldn’t recommend had to call about my car popped up and no one was working on it

Scammed me and kept my car over the weekend
The manager charged me ahead of time for quality brand tires. He then put off brand tires on my car. I requested the tires I paid for. He never called me back, for me to pick up my car.
Kept it all weekend. I had no car for 3 days.
I picked it up on Monday and he would not refund me or credit to my card for the cheap tires or for keeping my car for 3 days.
He also lied and said I needed an oil change. I had just got an oil change a few days ago. He tried to scam me multiple times. He lies and takes money. Don’t go here.

John and Brian have excellent customer service skills. It does not get any better. John seems to be very knowledgeable in this field and does very well explaining and completing the work. This would have my highest recommendation.
